  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is packed and ready to ship.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 24 Hours, depending on your location.
  • Metro cities may receive deliveries earlier, while remote areas may require additional time.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on orders above a certain value (as per ongoing offers).
  • For orders below the free-shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • You can track the real-time status of your order using the provided tracking number.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, mobile number, and pin code are accurate and complete.
  • Nutriano Agro Foods will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged, tampered with, or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/expected delivery.
  • We will assist with replacements or refunds after verification.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If the order is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal, reshipping charges may apply.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  • We deliver only within India.
